Few days after the spectacular meteorite shower struck the Russian city of Chelyabinsk I posted the Horoscope of the event, with the time zone provided by Solar Fire. Apparently this time zone was incorrect, because Chelyabinsk is, at the moment, 6 hours east of Greenwich and not 5.
Furthermore the actual time of the event appears to be 9.26 and not 9.20. I am grateful for this information to Pat Flannagan who wrote this comment:
Please check your time zone on this. Chelyabinsk is currently on YEKST or 6 hours difference from UTC. Also the digital times on the car cams videos on Youtube show 9:26 AM. Reports said the meteorite’s entry was just minutes after sunrise. I’ve seen very few posts on this subject (surprisingly).
I’m now posting a new Horoscope with the right Time Zone and adjusted time. Thanks, Pat.
Sorry for the delay in making these corrections: the Australian eastern states (I live in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales) have recently been hit by another bout of torrential rains that have kept me at home due to flooded creeks, until today. And, at home, our solar power energy has dwindled to nothing due to the constant clouds cover.
