SATURN DIRECT, NEPTUNE RETROGRADE and the mysterious Quincunx

Saturn turns direct on May 31. Neptune becomes Stationary Retrograde on June 1. This is another step in the complex dance these two have been dancing since November 2008.
Saturn and Neptune have in fact completed in early May the second of three passes of a Quincunx or Inconjunct aspect (150 degrees) that became exact on September 13, 2009, and May 3, 2010, and will be exact again, for the last time, on June 28.
This so called ‘minor’ aspect is actually very revealing of the underlying tension and general sadness and depression the world is experiencing at the collective level. More or less consciously everyone is made to reflect on the many tragic events, man-made and natural, crowding our television screens and our psyche.
If intrigued by the Saturn-Neptune’s contact a great page to read is THIS ONE on Donna Cunningham’s blog, where you’ll also find an interesting forum of people discussing their experience of the Quincunx  aspect and of Saturn-Neptune’s aspects.
